  • 1/4 c. almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 c. ice
  • Buckwheat, for topping
  • Chia seeds, for topping

In a blender, mix substances and mix till easy. Prime with buckwheat and chia.
