Ingredients
- 1 massive handful kale
- 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 piece recent ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped mint
- 1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c. almond milk
- 1 c. ice
