  • 1 massive handful kale
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 piece recent ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp. freshly chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 c. almond milk
  • 1 c. ice
