Strawberry Smoothie Bowls
Sneak carrots and cucumbers into this sweet smoothie bowl for an extra boost of nutrients and a breakfast the whole family will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. frozen strawberries
- 1 c. chopped frozen cucumber (no skin)
- 2 tbsp. carrot juice
- Fresh strawberries, freeze dried strawberries, chopped pistachios, for serving
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
- In a blender, puree strawberries, cucumber, and 2 Tbsp carrot juice until smooth, adding 1 to 2 Tbsp more juice until desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh and freeze-dried strawberries and pistachios if desired.
