Easy-Out Smoothie Recipe: In case you’re feeling tremendous bloated round your interval, or you do not have the time (or the intent) to do 20 million crunches on the gymnasium, it is good to make a smoothie that counteracts stomach bloat.

Ingredients: Easy-Out Smoothie
- 3 oz. plain nonfat Greek Yogurt (or vanilla for added sweetness)
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c. frozen pineapple
- 1 c. kale
- 3/4 c. water (or 6 ice cubes for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions: Easy-Out Smoothie
Throw all of the elements right into a blender and mix till clean.
