Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. uncooked cacao powder
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp. hemp, chia, or flax seeds
- Sprint of cinnamon
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 c. Crushed ice

Put the cacao powder, avocado, banana, almond butter, spinach, dates, seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender. Pour in almond milk and crushed ice. Mix till easy.
