
This peanut butter smoothie recipe has become my 7-year old’s favorite snack. In fact, we just made another batch not more than 25 minutes ago!
Well, why not? It’s just too easy to make and yummy to drink!

Peanut Butter Smoothie RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of frozen soy milk
- 3/4th cup of peanut butter
HOW TO MAKE THIS YUMMY PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Step 1
Throw all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smoothie consistency. I have made this with soy milk from the fridge and ice, but it waters it down quite a bit. I just keep some soy milk popsicles in the freezer to pop into the blender at a moment’s notice.
Step 2
Transfer to glasses and enjoy!

This moothie recipe will make two good-size servings. You may double the recipe if you have more kids (or older kids) to serve it with.
It just so happens that it’s just me and my son in the house whenever I make this smoothie recipe, so lucky us! And the smoothie’s all gone after just 5 minutes. This is what I call the fastest smoothie! Quick to make and quick to drink!
